National Call to Action:

Support the SAVE Act

We are working with the Election Integrity Network to advocate for the SAVE Act, which would amend the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) to:

  • Require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship when registering to vote in a federal election, regardless of where or how registration occurs (DMV, mail, etc.).
  • Establish a program to remove non-citizens from voter rolls and provide states no-cost access to Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records.
  • Grant citizens the right to take legal action against officials who fail to enforce these laws and impose penalties on officials who register non-citizens.

We ask you to call your U.S. Representative and urge them to co-sponsor the SAVE Act before it moves out of committee. If they are already a co-sponsor, thank them for their support.

Here is a link to the Save Act – You can see who, by state,  is already a sponsor.

NY State Call to Action:

Oppose A03649/S01356 (ERIC Membership)

Contact your State Senator and Assembly Member to oppose A03649/S01356, which would make New York join a multi-state voter roll maintenance organization like the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC).

While we strongly support accurate voter rolls, ERIC has serious flaws, leading several states to withdraw due to:

  • Partisanship – ERIC’s founders have ties to left-leaning groups, and its registration efforts have disproportionately benefited Democrats.
  • Lack of Data Security – ERIC shares personal identifying information, including driver’s license and Social Security numbers, with an external entity.
  • Governance Issues – The organization refused to implement bipartisan-recommended reforms.
  • Ineffectiveness – Membership in ERIC failed to improve voter roll accuracy and, in some cases, made them worse.

We oppose sending our personal data to a partisan non-profit without oversight and wasting taxpayer dollars on an organization that has failed to deliver results. Election integrity should remain in the hands of local county boards, which are already responsible for maintaining accurate voter rolls.
