Voter Initiatives
Our right to vote is one of our nation’s oldest and most important expressions of freedom. With the benefits of liberty comes the responsibility to participate in our representative system.
Many of Project Civica’s volunteer action initiatives are focused on the upcoming 2024 elections in New York There are many registered voters who are not active in the voting process and it makes a difference. Just imagine if the the large percentage of non-voting registrants would have turned out in 2022.
Please join Project Civica’s Voter Initiatives to make a difference in 2024 by increasing voter participation for registered voters and getting people who are not registered involved.
It starts with you. Be the change needed in New York. Register to vote and make sure you vote!
To prepare for upcoming elections, make sure to:
- Check registration status of registered voters. Take a screen shot for your records.
- Help register new voters
- Explore benefits of registering to a party to vote in primary
- Help local candidates
